Availabilities & Bookings
Check out our Availabilities Calendar to view our current occupancy (please note that we endeavour to keep this calendar as up to date as possible but that there may be reservations currently in progress that have not yet been added to the calendar). If you are interested in making a reservation, please complete the Booking Enquiry form below. Once we confirm availability, we will direct you to make a deposit payment using the PayPal button on our Booking Deposits to confirm your reservation (please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use this facility but can simply enter credit card details directly if preferred).
Balance is payable three weeks prior to arrival and security deposit payment is paid on arrival in cash.
Please note that bookings may not be accepted within two days of date of arrival.

Payment
A deposit of 33% of the total cost, including supplements where applicable and subject to a minimum of 80.00 Euros, is required on booking and the balance payable 21 days (3 weeks) prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 21 days (3 weeks) of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
A security deposit against damage is required, this is payable when you arrive. A receipt will be given to you. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided that there is no damage and that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy.
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
More than 42 days Deposit forfeited
22-42 days - 60% forfeited
8-21 days - 75% forfeited
Less than 8 days - 100% forfeited
